1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at cubiqspace.com or using any CUBIQ Space services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CUBIQ Space is operated by Spare Hippo LLP (LLPIN: ACG-4044, GSTIN: 29AFGFS7684M1ZX). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Workspace Services

• Workspace agreements are subject to separate membership agreements signed at the time of onboarding.
• All pricing is exclusive of applicable GST at 18%.
• Availability of specific spaces is subject to capacity and confirmation by our team.
• Day passes and meeting room bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• CUBIQ Space reserves the right to update pricing with appropriate notice to existing members.

3. Member Conduct

Members and visitors agree to:

• Comply with all facility rules and policies as communicated by CUBIQ Space staff.
• Treat all members, staff, and visitors with respect.
• Not engage in activities that disturb other members or damage the facility.
• Not use the facility for any unlawful purpose.
• Report any damage, security concerns, or incidents to staff immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on cubiqspace.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Spare Hippo LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CUBIQ Space and Spare Hippo LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Private offices: 30-day written notice required to terminate a membership.
• Meeting rooms: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
• Day passes: Non-refundable once issued.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
